If you are unable to attend any of the events, please click "Mark as Absent", then "RSVP",  and make sure the following section containing your details is complete and correct. This will allow us time to accurately assess our numbers before events and record your absence correctly on our roster. You will be notified that your absence has been recorded via email once you have completed an RSVP to an event.
